Want practical tips on Eating for Diabetes?

 

 

Come along to an interactive session packed with games and share your ideas with other group members.

 

These sessions are run by a diabetes specialist dietitian in the Lambeth Intermediate Care Team

 

Where: Gracefields Garden Centre, Streatham, SW16 2ST.

 

When: Arrive by 1pm (until 3pm) Thursdays (once a month).

 

Who for: Anyone with type 2 diabetes living in Lambeth wanting dietary guidance or an update. Sessions will be interactive with games and food models.

 

Please eat lunch beforehand. The session will run for two hours.

 

Booking: To find out the date of the next session and to book your place please call Julie Kibble on 020 8655 7842, leaving your name, contact number and GP surgery. We accept referrals from your GP or practice nurse or you can self-refer.
