This website has been constructed by Diabetes Healthcare Professionals from Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, King's College NHS Foundation Trust and Lambeth and Southwark Diabetes Network who are in the forefront of diabetes service provision and innovation in London.

It is intended as an up-to-date information resource for both those living with diabetes and for healthcare professionals locally and worldwide.
