Education and management in diabetes

Diabetes Care: Education and Management Skills is a post-qualification course for healthcare professionals which is provided by King’s College London, a university based in central London.

The aim of this module is to equip health professionals with the knowledge, skills and learning strategies to enable effective delivery of education programmes for people with diabetes and also other healthcare professionals.

The course is taught using computer-based distance learning, together with 3 college-based study days spread out over one term. Because the course has an e-learning component, students will need access to a networked computer and be proficient in its use.
